Jeep 4.0 Magnetic Drain Plug

This engine oil drain plug is designed to match the fit and function of the original equipment plug.  It uses a large hex drive to prevent wrench slipping and a molded-in gasket to provide a positive seal.  It is fitted with a high temp neodymium magnet that has extra protrusion for maximum surface area.  The magnet is strong for its size and is capable of lifting over a pound of weight.  This strong magnetic field pulls metallic particles out of oil suspension and onto the magnet helping prevent damage to vital engine internal parts.
