Jeep Wrangler Fuel Pump Replacement Regulator With Return

This regulator block is designed to be a replacement for your factory regulator allowing you to run a return style fuel system.  This allows fresh cool fuel to circulate through the fuel rail cooling the rail and injectors.  Cooler fuel helps fight hard hot restarts and low performance.  The regulator block also has a high-quality Bosch 1:1 fuel pressure regulator built in.   This is especially useful when running forced induction but can be left open to run factory static pressure.   The regulator is preset at 3 BAR and is not adjustable.  An aftermarket fuel rail must be used along with a return line to use this regulator.  The feed fitting is a 3/8" quick connect, and the return is a -6 AN fitting.  The feed fitting can be removed and replaced with a -6 AN fitting as well.  This regulator block is not recommended for pumps larger than 255LPH.  Included is one regulator block with Bosch regulator, one 3/8" quick connect fitting, one -6 AN return fitting and new Orings. 

Machined from solid 6061 aluminum and sold in raw finish.  

Fits 1997-2002 Wrangler OEM fuel assembly with stainless retaining strap.
